- Loving shopping, adoring fashion and having good taste is not sufficient to work as a Personal Shopper.
- As in any other kind of business, the quality of the training is reflected in the quality of the work accomplished.
- In times of "crisis" it is very important that the client does NOT waste money when shopping, and also that the service offered must compensate the outlay.
- The process must be structured in such a way as to achieve the objectives of the client.
- Advice and choice of purchases must be objective not subjective.
- The client must be satisfied not disillusioned.
- This last point is especially important is very little is actually bought.
